In partnership with Dr Ren Recommends we offer Nutrition Testing including Hair Mineral Analysis, IGG Antibody Testing, DHA and Omega 3 Testing, Meal Planning, Prep, and Coaching with a Certified Nutritional Counselor to put together a comprehensive and delicious meal plan for your to achieve your nutrition goals.

About Me
Hi my name is Jason Heydweiller and I go by Chef Jay Hey. I have a range of experience with, and passion for the culinary arts. My career began working in my father's restaurant in Boise, ID then we moved it to Nashville, TN. From there I moved to Maui, HI and ran an American Faire Restaurant. This is where I earned my Chef's Title as a Sous Chef. As much as I loved the ALOHA life, Nashville called me back. For the past 4 years I have been perfecting my craft and focusing on the Paleo aspect of nutrition. This led me to my current position as the Kitchen Manager and Head Chef for Katie's Plates and continuing to be a Private Chef on the side. I am available throughout Davidson, Williamson, Marion, Franklin and Grundy Counties as a personal Chef.
